I am April Roberds, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults across the state of Texas through secure telehealth visits. Concierge home visits are available upon request. I believe mental health care works best when people feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach emphasizes thoughtful, unhurried evaluation, collaborative treatment planning, and careful medication management tailored to each person's individual needs and goals. I also recommend lifestyle changes, high quality supplements, and specific therapies when indicated. I provide a calm, supportive environment where patients can openly discuss concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and other factors that may be contributing to their symptoms. Together, we will work toward symptom relief and long-term emotional wellness.
